New Graduate Program
Accelerate your learning with our fun and supportive graduate program, designed to help you confidently apply key paediatric speech pathology techniques and make a real difference in the lives of kids and families through our holistic and functional approach.
You’ll receive personalised support through weekly supervision, group mentoring, and hands-on training to enhance your clinical skills across everything paediatric speech pathology in private practice. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from the clinic’s Director and Principal Speech Pathologist, Holly, who has vast knowledge to share from her extensive career that has taken her across continents - see more about Holly here. Holly is passionate about providing holistic support and is keen to share her knowledge to ensure functional and holistic care for children and their families.
With over $30,000 in additional support and training value (on top of your wage), you'll be set up for success and become a well-rounded therapist. Plus, there's plenty of time for collaboration and connection with our broader multidisciplinary team (child psychologists and occupational therapists).
Our gentle induction process allows you to shadow, receive one-on-one mentoring, and gradually build up your caseload at a comfortable and achievable pace. We also keep your client targets realistic so you can complete your work within working hours—because we know balance is so important!

Assistant Speech Pathologist

Relevant Requirements: Hold membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA, or the ability to obtain), posses a driver’s license and access to a car (desirable), and have all relevant police checks and Working With Children checks.

What is the supervision and support like?
“We also have structured supervision scheduled, with individual and group supervision available. Here we connect with others outside the clinic also to ensure we are learning from those outside the clinic as well as inside. There is a budget for professional development also, so if there is an area you require upskilling in, there is time built-in during the year to access it.” ~ Tara, Speech Pathologist
