Arts Based Occupational Therapist

Anna is a unique practitioner in that she has combined experience in occupational and art therapy. Anna has experience working with children aged 4 to 18yo.

As an occupational therapist, trained in sensori-motor art therapy techniques and focussed psychological strategies, Anna is qualified to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment and childhood experiences, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and neurobiological challenges including Autistic burnout and Pathological Demand Avoidance.  She especially enjoys taking a neuro-affirming approach to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or AD(H)D.

Anna’s passion is to draw on the arts and relationship-based activities with her values of humility, patience, kindness and good work ethics to promote creative problem-solving with the young people and families that she feels privileged to work with.  A child’s confidence, self-regulation and competence thrives in safe relationships, reciprocity and respect.
